You can pre-pay for your school picture package by ordering online or sending a package order form with your student on Picture Day. We accept cash and checks at school, and credit cards online. You have up to two days after the final school picture day to place an order. Pre-paid packages are delivered to your school and distributed by your school.

No worries! Every student photographed will receive a picture envelope with a proof and ordering instructions about 4-weeks after Picture Day.

All prepaid picture packages are sent to your school for distribution to students about 4-weeks after Picture Day.

All proof orders are packaged and mailed, to the address provided, via USPS. Packages should arrive within 7-10 after the order is placed.   

Blu Moon will return to your school about 6-8 weeks after Picture Day for retakes. All schools organize retake day differently. Please contact your school to ensure your student is photographed on retake day.

If you are not satisfied with your pictures, simply return the full package on Retake Day, and we will reprint the original with the retake picture at no charge. If no package is returned, the pictures will not be reprinted.

*Please note, retake pictures will automatically replace the original picture in the yearbook. This cannot be undone. 

Prepaid Package Not Received

1- Physically go through your student's backpack. We find that nine times out of ten, even when they say they never received a package, parents find it in their backpack.

3- If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us for resolution. 

Late Order Package Not Received 

If you placed a late (shipped) order, and it has been over 14-days, please contact us for resolution.
